Network Configurations has taken an advanced approach to Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment in that it identifies both as an opportunity to attend to the empowerment of previously disadvantaged communities and as economically imperative.

We are currently actively working towards achieving our fully Empowered status, and through our learner ship incentives, and we are aiming to expand the empowerment opportunities within our company and within the broader ICT community.
