3rd Line Support Engineer
We are looking for 3rd line support engineers with field experience in managing customers and their IT needs. Candidates must be Hardworking, Dynamic and above all, customer focused with great communication skill. We require a minimum of 5 Years experience, MCSE 2003/2008 Certified or working towards certification.
Candidates must have excellent knowledge in Active Directory, Exchange Server, SQL and Microsoft ISA Server. A good knowledge of Backup and Disaster Recovery products, including routing and VPN’s is required. The successful candidate must also be proficient at supporting Microsoft Small Business Server solutions and Microsoft Enterprise Server solution products.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing and maintaining our Monitoring System including optimization and implementation of scripts to improve services to our managed clients.
Salary is market related and based on experience.

Onsite/Remote Support Engineers
We are looking for onsite and remote network support engineers to support our existing clients’ IT related issues including desktop support and management, with a minimum of 2 Years experience. The potential candidates are also required to have Microsoft Windows Server, including Active Directory and Exchange mail administration experience. The engineer will also be responsible for ensuring Backup and site standards are maintained and run to a Network Configurations best practice principal.
Candidates must have a Microsoft Certified Professional qualification and have excellent knowledge of supporting Microsoft Windows XP Pro, Group Policies and be proficient at Microsoft Office.
